Right, I guess it’s only fair I should try and answer my own question! As others have said, it’s largely mood-dependent but as a rule a bit of hard face and tit slapping at a minimum, tits mauled to the point of bruising and perhaps a punch to the guts or a boot between the legs for good measure generally gets the loins stirring!
