Simple - ME! A La Alfred Hitchcock who had a role in each of his films. I think it would be unique to have the director featured in the rape scene. It probably hasn't been done since Roman Polanski, although he was probably better known for raping his ingenues off camera rather than on.

I don't know for sure what changes I'd make, but i'd definatly make it harder.
