Well, I'm all for equal-opportunity raping, as it were... but that just doesn't sound right. I think the "victim" needs to be able-bodied and able-minded. Otherwise, isn't the rapist truly just picking on someone who's at too much of a disadvantage? (What a weanie!)

I feel very protective of children, the elderly, and animals. That part of this extends to mentally deficient people and the physically disabled, as well. So no... you rapist guys/gals need to target someone with the capacity to defend herself/himself to some extent. Besides, it more fun for you when there IS some challenge to this.... when your lovely victim is capable of putting up a fight or choosing to (or at least attempting to) find their means of escape.

No. I have to tell you the last thing a disabled person wants is you to feel "protective" of them! Jeez...Also, I think the OP had pointed out that he was curious about physical dissability NOT mental dissability. Women who are blind or deaf or both ARE highly capable of defending themselves...but in a different way. As a fat, non runner would surely defend herself from a fitter, fast runner...
