There was this great film called Demented along the lines of I Spit on your Grave. Can't recall the actress but at the beginning of the film she is chased through a stable and is gang raped by 4 nasty men. Great chase scene and in the uncut version some nice ripping of cloths and spreading those high booted legs apart for some hard fucking.

But the film that turned a sweet young lad of 13 into a twisted sicko was Someone's Behind the Door, where Charles Bronson plays a homicidal rapist and is unwittingly recruited by a phycologist to rape and murder hid wife. There is a great beach rape at the start of the flick (one of the best) which they keep cutting back to in flash backs and a really hot attempted rape of the wife by Bronson before the husband has second thoughts and saves her.

But I am with you, The 70Ã¢â‚¬â„¢s really knew how to make a good rape scene.
