It's not an easy decision to make and it's not nice but i'm sure your friend told you that.

Be prepared that you may not be getting clients that are clean and ideal. This is not to say that this will happen all the time but you do have to expect it.

Make sure that you have a list of things that you do and can not tolerate. When you tell clients that you are a submissive, some have an eveil streak and assume because they have paid for the service that they can hurt you beyond the pain you can take.

Some places may add on an extra service of sex, if this is not your cup of tea, then make sure that this is stated on the on set.

Make sure you know what your cut will be for the hour and whether you get to have your money straight away or if they hold your money till the end of the day. Always try and keep a mental note of your jobs that you do, because if the place is busy and they hold your money, mistakes can happen and you don't want to be doing jobs for free.

Bring your anti-bacteral stuff, so you always know that you have cleaned it yourself, never use their toys no matter how tempting it is and convenient.

This is probably stuff you already know, but just thought i'd throw it out.

Perhaps I am wrong but it seems that maybe you are wanting to be talked out of it. If I had made a decision like this, then while I would post to tell people and see what they thought about it, the opinions wouldn't really matter. If you yourself have decided that this is what your going to do, then the opinions of your friends wouldn't matter. You have your own reasons.

You should only do it if you believe its the right thing for you. And like LMR said you need to think of everything, look at the whole picture. How do you react if the scruffy tramp guy comes in? How do you react if the man is not interested in talking to you and its not actually any fun for you at all. How do you react if someone goes further than you would like, and how do you react when your propositioned with doing something your not comfortable with for money.

There are safe ways to do this within a comfortable ruleset and a safe location. As FR said, you should be very concerned about security.

Its not something that you'd have to put on a CV when you decide to become a lawyer or anything but obviously people would want to know of any career gaps you have.

When I was considering a london strip club I sent an email, learnt more about the place, visited and spoke to some of the girls already there. That made my mind up that it wasn't for me, but equally it could make someones mind up that it is for them.

Everybody has his own sexuality, feelings and boarders not to cross. Unless you hurt anybody, everything is OK. This is a work and if you enjoy it sometimes or even every time, only better.

The question here is: following your feelings even against society common rules, is it an indication of strength or weakness? I vote for first possibility. Every first step into new (and possibly dangerous) waters needs a lot of courage. Good luck with that!

I would actually be concerned about this getting out in future, career gaps can normally be hidden by stating a non-descript 'series of casual jobs' on your CV, but, how would you react if you went for an interview and the interviewer had been a client? Or one of the people that you come in contact with in your day to day work?

If you were going into any other profession then I would say go for it, but these are such that I would be wary.

Stripping you may survive, maybe even an adult movie or modelling, but something in the more extreme end...I think you risk ruin.

Only you can know what is right for you, but as the saying goes the truth will out.

Check your local medical boards but most consider such thing as sex crime convictions disqualifiers for medical licensure. While I am not saying you’d be arrested or convicted, the possibility exists in the industry. Expunging those records can be difficult. In the USA it would be a deal breaker but your homeland might not see it so.

As for your history coming back to haunt you, it’s certainly a possibility. Everyone seems to have a digital camera now, even if it’s just a cell phone model. Some photos are bound to surface eventually and in this internet enabled world they will not only spread fast, but linger nearly forever.

Photos are just another name for memories.

Being in debt is a bitch. Being in debt, frightened, abused and trapped in doing something you no longer like is a nightmare. Be sure you can trust these people, talk to some of their former employees and a few of their current ones. Unlike most jobs, this is one where they will use your body as they see fit and bend you to their will, that’s the job and how you please the customer, the scent of more cash used as leverage.
