Tonight I had devilled chicken sausages with broad beans and relish. I also bought a ham shank and will make some pea and ham soup for tomorrow night. Good farting food.

I'll start with two ounces of room temperature Rebel Reserve bourbon neat.

Then, medium rare prime rib with freshly ground horseradish with a touch of dill added.

Firehouse potatoes with extra chopped white onions and mozzarella.

Steamed asparagus.

A glass of dry red wine to be purchased later today.

I scoop of homemade peach ice cream with fresh chilled strawberries on the side.

A glass of Maltese cactus blossom liqueur.

About twenty minutes of a great couples porn flick.

All followed by the sound of crotch snaps opening on a pair of leotards. My wife will choose the color.

My home brewed beer will be ready Friday. Stay tuned!

Hey, they're actually not bad! Got drink mix, cheese spread - no matter what - nice entree,, dessert and lots more! All for less than 5 bucks. Plus they have their own heater!! A pouch with some neat chemical that gets hot , really hot, when you add water. Man I could go on all day about how cool these things are.

Bummer!

Two weeks ago, I bottled 48, 16oz. bottles of my Czech recipe home brewed beer.

They were to be ready to drink tonight. Tonight's menu included venison and pork smoked kolbase served with cabbage and 37 degree F beer.

Five days ago, my step son and his wife arrived for an extended visit. This morning he asked if I could purchase some more beer because we were out.

I went to the beer cooler in the garage and he was correct. That's 6 gallons of beer in five days.

Damn, that ruined tonight's menu and now, I'll have to buy beer and nothing sold commercially comes close to my grandfather's recipe.

By the way, he also threw the bottles away. Some of those bottles were 20 years old.

There is a huge market for real beer here. Several of my friends brew their own beer and think as I do. They dislike the commercial varieties. And for training beer (light or lite), don't get me started!

Other than in Belgium, Jupiler is available along with a great selection of International beers at Whole Foods Market. There are outlets all over North America and the UK.

Granted it's good, but it's not my grandfather's 24 proof beer (golden liquid bread with a kick).

That's sort of inadequate. Raw meat and rice. How is it served? Define the presentation on the plate. Be more specific! How did you prepare the rice? Did you marinade the meat and if so, in what? What kind of beef and which cuts did you use? Damn, I try to learn new methodology and recipes and you say, “Steak Tartar and rice".
