I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear what Stern has to say about some of the psych issues raised here. I have an interest in the area, but have very basic psych training, as I am a doctor in Emergency and Critical Care. I would love to learn more!

A couple of people have pmed me asking why i am doing this (and don't strain myself etc.) but my motivation here is quite simple - online anonymity allows us to persue our darker desires without shame or fear, and the same can apply when it comes to health related issues. When I last offered medical advice on a forum (a large MMORPG guild), I managed to help an alcoholic mother, a 30 year old dying of cancer, and a 19 yo with cervical cancer that ended up sleeping with her oncologist! (oh i know you want details ... later!)

I am aware the nature of this site, and sexually oriented questions are bound to predominate, which means there might be people here much more qualified than me to answer them.

So, to all who has the ability or intention to heal - join the thread!
