It's the wave of the future for sex dolls, I think. Right now the cost is too high for most people, but computing power is getting both better and cheaper faster than just about anything else.

In a few years, some inventor (or far-sighted company as you say) will build a more mobile Aiko that can seduce -- or put up a fight. A few years after that they'll be cheap enough to be a practical consumer product.

Will there be a male version for the ladies? I guess that depends on the market, and on safety features ("Please turn off your Rapebot when not in use, otherwise it may wander out of your apartment and assault passerby").
