It's been over two months, averaging about 2.5lbs a week. No pain, well except maybe an aching leg from the jogging lol
I think that would be a problem if I had lost it over a month, you have to remember that your bodies weight can vary a couple of pounds on a day to day basis, I read somewhere that it's about 2 to 5 pounds, so your body can take some loss.
And this week another 4lb
