Personally I think the case comes down to one simple question...

Should a man get away with the rape of a 13 year old girl, no matter how long ago?

To me the answer is, no, he should not.

And, Dash, if you think he should, then do you think that all these prosecutions that occur 10/ 20/ 30 years after the event should be halted?
