!!! ★★★ Warning Malicious Picture Host Sites ★★★ !!!

There are a new breed of spammers that register to distribute video caps using their own malicious image host sites.

Don't click on any thumbnails with the little black bar on the right side with the name of the site. Those are all owned by a previously banned member, "lawina". His image sites are all malicious.

I have Avast Free and AVG8 Free running on this XP box, they work well together and block all these drive-by sites.

That would be awesome, it's unfortunate that these morons want to distribute trojans and viruses on a forum like this. They all need jobs!

We moderators clean out the spam as quickl as we can, but RB is a huge site that gets hit with a lot of spam because we're very high on the various search engines. Help given by members such as reporting spam, phishing links and other such malicious and rule violating posts in incredibly helpful! So thanks again to everyone who posts warnings and reports bad posts and threads!

I have no idea why but RB does seem to get hit the hardest by spammers, phishers etc... based on what I've seen on other boards. The mods here do a pretty good job and we need to be vigilant and use the thread for reporting this crap as soon as we see it.

Actually, it's WAY worse on some of the vanilla forums. Considering the large amount of traffic this forum gets it's really not that bad at all. This is a much better community than others, A LOT of people call out spam, viruses and phishers fast here to save other members from getting the shaft. On other forums people don't even bother to point it out.

You mods do a great job of cleaning this place up. Like I said above, it's WAY worse on other forums. The mods on major forums like pornbb are either not informed or just don't care.

Compared to those sites it's tiny, but those are huge sites.

Anything with a traffic rank under 30,000 means A LOT of traffic. This forum easily gets 5,000+ unique visitors a day, (to give you an idea how big Pornbb is, it gets over 3 million unique visitors a month).
