Ever get hated on for your fantasies?

I recently started a blog on Tumblr where I am very open about my rape fantasies, and I even post my rape stories on there for people to read. I just got an extremely hate-filled message on there, which says;

"What the fuck is wrong with you? You are addicted to rape? You're a disturbing mentally I'll individual. With how you've offended me ad probably other rape victims who searched this tag and found this disgusting shit, I hope you are really raped one day. Then you won't be joking. Fucking freak."

This isn't the first time I've had such hateful messages sent to me on Tumblr in response to me being open and honest about my fantasies. I find the hypocrisy in the message pretty funny (wishing rape upon me, whilst calling ME a sicko).

Anyone else had much hate directed at them for being open about their fantasies?

Honest opinion... she has the same fantasies and can not cope with them. She feels guilty and she is projecting her anger on you for your kink. Fuck her. I have been raped. I have dealt with it and moved on. I love rape role playing with my partner. But I trust him. Implicitly. Therefore I have some control over the scenes. Do I have issues? Probably but as of yet I have no idea what they might be.

Some people are so close minded. I have never told anyone I know in real life what my sexual proclivities are. I have to live here everyday. I don't need that kind of attention and neither does S. So no. I have never been taken to task for liking what I do

This is exactly what I thought... That she has the same fantasies and just can't deal with it. People can be so irrational, can't they?

The world is full of hypocrisy and it makes me sick! The man who slags homosexuals but is a closet homosexual himself; the guy who says all men who beat women should be sent to jail yet psychologically torments and abuses his wife and children all under the guise of being a "good father"; the environmentalists who preach to us about weaning ourselves off fossil fuels but yet travel around the world in jets to spread their message. Only once. It was on one of those "All about all" type of boards, this girl and me started chatting in a major sexy way and she asked me what turns me on.
So I send her a PM in which I was (dumbass) totally honest. Her reply was a vomiting smiley and a one liner saying "You're sick".

Fortunately, I convinced her I was not a criminal and she did not call the police on me. Or speak to me again.

Not directly. I had my sister go off on a rant once about how society sexualizes rape and how sick it was how they depict it in movies and stuff. Basically how sick it is that people fantasize about rape and how something is wrong with our society because when she was younger all the sexual scenes she remembers were rape scenes (funny thing is all the sexual scenes I remember from childhood were all romantic and kissy and I'm the one with this fantasy). It was a long rather hateful rant that I just shut my mouth and didn't say anything for. The thing is that my sister and used to be really open about fetishes and such. I used to help her shop for fetish wear to wear for her partners and we used to embarrass my brother by bringing up our fetishes around him. I never got around to mentioning this one and i am so glad I never did.

After a friend was mine was raped, I was eating lunch with her sisters and they were trying to come to terms with what happened, obviously, one of them had looked up rape support groups and came across a site, which I am assuming is similar to this one, and went off on a big tangent about it. Saying the same things as what has already been said, the men are sick freaks, the women are mentally damaged and don't understand what real love is, etc... I had to sit and listen, agree, and play along with it because I was there for their support, not to try and change their opinions on the matter. But the entire time I was thinking of how I go to these sites, read the stories, get off to the idea of it. After that lunch I didn't go onto any forums for a year, cut off all of my connections, it is only now after that period of time that I feel comfortable even thinking about it. Even now I find RPing to be incredibly difficult.

Its a horrible feeling knowing that a large majority of women have this fetish and won't own up to it, and those that do get flogged on by society. Its even worse when those people are your friends, because lord knows I have had to sit and listen to all of their fantasies, but if I even bring up the idea of being knocked around a bit they look down on me.

I admire that you posted that on a public space like Tumblr, but I would/could never do that. At the same time though you can't expect to post something so extreme and not get negative responses, rape is after all an incredibly emotional act and people are either going to get excited or angered by it, I don't think there is much middle ground there.

Frequently. Because myself and little Miss Rotter included race hate and rape in our role play, it meant to some members of another forum that I was a racist mysoginist, and she was just a silly little girl that knew no better. Bizarrely she came in for almost as much hatred and vitriol as me, with one girl even suggesting I should punch her in the face and call her a Paki bitch, the exact same behaviour that she was criticising me for. Puzzling.
