I just know I work in a counselling centre, I read rape reports, I did rape reports, I interviewed victims as well as rapists ... I actually know about this stuff and all I can say is this: In (Western) Europe forced oral sex - compared to vaginal rape - is very uncommon. Believe it or don't.

I'd be worried more about the gag factor there. I can't say that while being raped many girls would make a really concious effort to control it - seeing as they're probably thinking about something a little more immediate such as pain/fear/anxiety.
