Well England have turned to Fabio Capello to solve their problems. He'll have an entire Italian staff and can look to the last 3 Champions League finals for players, an English team reached it each year. Let's see, Steven Gerrard....Jamie Carragher's retired....Arsenal....em....

I think Fabio Capello isn't the suitable man for England,he suitable for small teams who haven't stars because he don't like the stars,and England have many stars although they unuseful.

I'm happy that they was choose him because they will face more losses.

He doesn't like stars but all of his teams, especially Real Madrid had them and he was always successful, so you can't say he's not suitable. In fact Capello has never managed any "small" team, only high profile clubs, Roma were the least famous of the 4.

The English like absolutely anybody as long as they A. Provide millions and millions in transfer funds and B. Don't interfere with the the team selection or any other aspect of the manager's work. The Chelsea owner bought a player the manager didn't want. Now look where we are today, Mourinho is gone and for the first time Shevchenko is getting a run in the team.

On the other hand, the Glazers at Man.Utd have given Ferguson all the players he asked for and let him get on with things on the pitch - they won the title last season. The only problem here is they are constantly increasing ticket prices to clear up all that debt they forced on the club when they took over, whereas the first thing Abramovic did was save Chelsea financially and he has bottomless pockets.

About Fabio Capello may be he have some successes but with the Italians only,he didn't success with Real Madrid,and my personal opinion he isn't the suitable man for England.
why they don't give the chance to young coach like Alan Shearer as the Germans with Klinsman.

Don't know how you can say that either, he managed Madrid twice for 1 season, 10 years apart, and won the league title both times. The only problem with Capello is there is only so much he and all his coaches can do at international level, they don't own the players and only get to train with them for a few days before the match. But he does have much better tactical knowledge than McClaren and is willing to drop an underperforming player.

As for young coaches, if Shearer was appointed most fans would complain that he has no experience, and the FA would be crucified if that backfired, there's no way they'd take that chance. The way things are at the moment, a guy like Shearer will never reach the achievements of a Capello, because the top 4 Premiership clubs are usually the same every season, and they are unlikely to hire an English manager (3 are owned by foreigners), so they won't even have any Champions League experience at all, never mind come close to winning it.

An Englishman should be groomed for the job during this campaign, and there is meant to be an addition to the regime, but there is a feeling that he will just be a token rather than someone Capello actually wanted. Also, McClaren was assistant manager for 6 years, and it clearly didn't do him much good.
