Quick question !?

If you arrange a meet to do a rape role-play . You agree what you both want to happen , explain what you both will have on then the fun starts !!

What if you get the wrong person or if you did have the right girl and she really did cry rape !!

I'm worried either will happen !! Am I being stupid or is this a real worry for other people ?

That is why have to really know the other person. Not a quick meet and then lets play.

I absolutely believe it should be a real worry for you. I must agree with Throatdagger, and you should get to know the other person. You can never be too safe about something like this, and you don't want to end up in prison.

I would also be sure that you are keeping all of her emails where she is agreeing with you, AND that you meet face to face and hear her say she wants it. Otherwise, how do you know you are really speaking with the girl and not some messed up jealous boyfriend or the likes, which actually makes what you just did a real rape which could send you away, or at the very least peg you as a sexual predator. Not to mention what it would do to her.

This is something where you must be very careful. I would save every conversation and so forth, just in case, and let her know you will. You both must be very honest with each other due to the nature of the role play. ( Also be sure to understand her limits and do not cross them, and make sure she has a safe word and if used then you need to stop, regardless of what is going on in that moment. )

I'm thinking you're almost going to want a signed contract ahead of time. I guess it depends on how real you want the role-play to be.

It's such a grey area tho !! Because if you want the complete fantasy then it has to be a stranger . So meeting 10 mins before to organise things would "damp" the mood !

I want to go on to the next level and live fantasies , same as others but I'm seriously worried about the outcome xx or what could happen xx

It absolutely is a gray area but in the end you must seriously weigh your options.

Are you willing to take the risk that it might be a set up, or someone besides the girl set this up actually making you a rapist, who could go to prison? Those are serious questions you need to consider.

Lori, there was a case exactly like you describe in the news six months, maybe a year ago. A guy (call him Man A) contacted another guy (Man B) and set up his girlfriend to be raped.

Man B was assured by Man A that the girl was on board with this and everything was on the up and up. Turned out it wasnt, the girl had NO idea what was going down. Man B raped her and she then called the cops. Both the boyfriend, now of course very much the ex boyfriend, and Man B went down for rape.

I almost feel sorry for Man B, after all he was pretty much duped into the thing, still, he should have protected himself. He should have contacted the girl Face to Face, not over the phone or pm or whatever, but face to face.

It may dampen the fantasy but it sure as hell beats a prison term.

Had a case a lot like that one near me a few years ago. Guy was solicited for a rape, turns out by the woman's brother in law, and unknown to her. Lucky for him he wanted to make sure he had the right person. He walked up to her as she was gardening in her yard and asked "are you the lady who wants to be raped?" She went berserk and called the cops. The guy walked, not so for the brother in law. A long stint in the slammer. Watch it.

I have a worry that a woman that solicits my husband to rape her, gets caught by her husband (if shes cheating), and to save her ass LIES and says he was really doing it, and gets beaten up and thrown in jail! Im not really keen on him doing (and neither is he) set ups or things where he hasnt met her. But we make sure he saves conversations and speaks to her on the phone first. Or if its a set up, its a sane friend of ours in the kink community. IE references.

On the other hand, I prefer to play wihtout knowing/meeting/speaking to them most of the time, and Ive met some guys actually willing to take that stupid risk and thats been SO much better for me, because of that "what if hes going to go too far and is real" rush I get. it actually turns me off to meet men that want to do everything by the book, meet first, safety words bla bla *yawn* In fact Ive knocked back roleplays when the guy gets so paranoid that he wants contracts and meetings with my husband thats STILL not enough for him! I'd rather go without altogether!! I dont want to know I have control to stop it for anything less than a dire medical emergency.

I know, Ive been a lucky girl to have enjoyed the risks without being harmed, and I like seeing those same men then, because I know they are willing to take risks like me (that nice dangerous edge, but with sanity thrown into the mix) and who knows that delicious escapades that could lead to in future *wink*

I'm inclined to agree with the thought that a too well-scripted planned encounter would take some of the excitement off. Though I've never had the pleasure of a real role-play encounter, I think the woman not knowing who (and to some extent 'when') would be more exhilarating. Though there's a 'get charged'/buyers' remorse risk for the men, the greater risk is to the ladies because of the probability of it turning into something she's not prepared for...
