They have made a tv mini-series about the Borgias. I don't know for sure about any rape scenes but the Borgias were those kind of people. At the very least there will be a bit of incest

You talking about the UK series or the US Showtime Borgias series? The US Showtime series had some marital rape but a disturbing lack of incest!
