MY FUCKING HEAD HURTS!

I've been coughing up something awful, and every time I cough *cough hack* it aggravates my underlying conditions, I become tachycardic and dizzy and my head feels like there's a steel band contracting around it. Arthritis is playing up; my knees and elbows feel like they're being skewered.

If my body was a car, I'd be suing the manufacturer. I only just got over a chest infection, and now it's come back.

I have a suspected Gluten intolerance, which it's suspected was an auto-immune reponse triggered by stress. I get really bad stomach problems because of it. I'm in the process of trying out a gluten free diet to see if that makes a difference and it is in fact a gluten problem. The diet sucks, you can't eat anything cool. I sincerly hope it's not that of course as it would be a life long thing if it were.

The last time I had an auto-immune response I was ill for almost 9 months and lost almost 70lbs in weight. I had pancreatitis back then, or at least by the time the shitty NHS got round to getting put right that was what they thought it was, they never knew for sure.

So it seems that I'm a total pussy and can't deal with stress. Which I just can't for the life of me come to terms with how that came to be. I mean I'm the sort of guy, for all of my faults, which are many, that will grind anything out; I'll see it through to the end and am not really concerned by how tough it gets. In fact I like it to be tough and hard as I feel so much better when I achieve the goal, whatever it may be. It disheatens me that so many people want others to do the hard work for them or they always take the easy way or the quick fix in life or just about anything that they do. Nobody wants to dog out a victory any more, where as I think that's one of the most satisfying things you can do.

The japanese have a great way of relieving stress. Many factories and businesses have an enclosed yard out back with a high wall and a copious supply of bottles. When someone is seriously stressed they are allowed to go out and smash bottles against the wall until all the tension is relieved. Personally I reckon that a good long fuck would achieve the same result.

Freiherr Manfred von Richthofen was the Red Baron and he fought in the 1st World war. He was either shot down by a Canadian pilot or by Australian troops on the ground. Nobody knows for sure as they were both using .303 ammo. Hermann Goering took over the Squadron.
