I would just say that the dialogue is oftentimes an important feature. Some examples: A female subordinate whose pleading with her boss to stop what he's doing to her refers to him as "Sir" even as he's trying to rape her. "Please Sir" or "Mr. Johnson" ( ), "I'm just here to clean your house for you/ (or) give you a massage", "please stop. NO! I'm a married woman! Please!..." Well lot's of pleading on the part of the victim is usually a must. Oftentimes I find that this goes best with some nice taunting on the part of the perp whose obviously quite comfortable in his role and not the least bit ashamed or guilty. Oftentimes he challenges her objections: "Cmon baby.... you know you need this as badly as I do.... don't worry about your husband coming home, we have plenty of time and if he does I'll knock his silly ass out. Besides you know deep down you want this as badly as I do! So stop squirming!.... " generally it's in that kind of vein. Or the rapist may plead with his victim ("please, I need you!" or "I need this!") as he's tearing at her clothing/panties.
