what is a code grey?!
hopefully he will come back and be able to answer my question.. I go to an all boys school so I only get to see girls on weekends, and I don't always have time. Whether I am on the train, at the gym, or especially at school, I see lots of sexy or relatively hot chicks in their mid late 30s and 40s. At school I can think of 10 teaches that I would fuck, and they are all in their 30s and 40s. One teacher in particular, who I think may be in her early 40s has dominated my fantasies for about a year now. She is a gorgeous woman from south america, shes about 5'2, has D cups that in certain tight shirts betray their old age ever so slightly, has wide hips that look unbelievable on her extremely thin frame, and a small ass, but it still looks good because of her petiteness, her slenderness, and her wide hips. Somebody told me about 4 years ago she came back with significantly larger tits, which made rumors about breast implants, but I believe they are because of having children. I am infatuated with this woman, and it has come to the point where I have copped cheap feels on her ass in the crowded hallways. And I have never been taught by, or actually spoken to, this woman. So yeah there is no disputing that she is amazingly good looking, but I've wondered if it is strange for somebody in their teens to spend much more time fantasizing about mature women then teenage girls. |

hi - thanks for your questions.
a code grey is unarmed violence - we had one recently and the member had to be tranquilised, restrained and admitted to a nearby board for isolation and further observations. we wish her a speedy recovery. as for your question - i am not a psychiatrist! but chances are it's your hormones. a bit like the animal kingdom - the charged male look at certain attributes of a female in order to maintain strong genetic line : good milk producing glands, good child bearing hips etc., and luckily everyone's perception of that is different otherwise they all jump on the same female baboon. Besides, a lot of women become more sexy after 30 - i certainly know a few who didn't get my attention at all till recently! No offense to our young virgin population here does that answer your question? if not - someone else please have a go!

An actual real medical question.
My kid has a plantar's wart on his foot and it's quite painful. Is there anything short of cutting it off that will remove it?

warts are actually viruses (HPV) on the skin (not muscle, sorry dr. flesh) and are usually very very resistant to treatment. There are commercial dyes / coagulants / solutions available, but none of them work very well. The best way is actually to freeze them with liquid nitrogen, which apparently induces inflammation and stimulates the body's immune system to kill it. nevertheless, i've seen ones resistant to all treatments and last for years, then they just spontaneously vanish!
hmmm ... wow ... my first real medical question! phantom, you sure you don't want me to take a look at your fractured pelvis ? will get a nurse of your choice

I have a question. First off...what do you practice? Second...are Micro Dermabrasions safe if done by an anestician?

i am a doctor in critical care / emergency - so i see all sorts.
micro dermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure i think - don't know much about it because cosmetic surgery is very "informercial", by that i mean lot of it is marketing and business, not really "medicine". anesticians also vary in training. just like any procedures, i would want to know how many times they have performed it, what their complications rates are, and what are the other choices. make sure the pros are better than the cons, and make sure they are not a con! hope that helps

hey doc
so what is a safe limit for a male to ejaculate in one period of 24hrs and/or can ejaculating hard and intensely at very regular intervals during the day, every day, over many years do you any harm, at all? Thank you

wow, that's a hard one (pardon the pun)
as far as i know, there is actually no limit to the number of times you can ejaculate a day. the seman contains things other than sperm, and those "juices" are produced in different glands. you will notice that the sperm count lowers if you do it too many times, because it's harder to make sperm than those juices. but as far as i know, those glands are "supply demand" organs - ie. they get bigger to produce more if you demand it. this does lead to "potential" problems of eg. prostate enlargement, and like any rapidly dividing turnover cells, the chance of producing a "bad line" (ie. cancer) increases, but largely theoretical (guess it's hard to survey masturbators / sex maniacs properly). as far as i know - you don't go blind! might ask some of my colleagues about this one too! stay tuned! (not sure how i am gonna approach them with it though ... )

Hi there..
At first i was just too embarrass to ask someone about this, but i think this is where the most suitable place for me to do so >.< This just happened recently during an intercourse with my husband, he's likely to lose his erection tension, and it's been bothering me a lot although he always had reason to say he's tired and everything from his work.. So I have these questions start popping in my head.. Do stress can cause this?? I thought having sex is to release man's stress?? Do he has another woman?? but we just got married T.T, is this happen so fast to men? Can i be not attractive enough to him anymore? Or Do these symptoms lead to impotency??? He was always busy with his work and come home always at late everytime, but he never outperform and lost his erection during our intercourse before.. We always did a great foreplay, and he's mostly get aroused very quick then during sex this happen, he's just seem to lose his focus on me.. Please helpp.. |

First and foremost - these things happen from time to time, by far and away the most likely cause of erectile dysfunction is psychological, such as stress at work, fatigue or just a passing virus. yes, sex does relief stress, however, significant stress might just actually distract you enough so the mind just isn't on the job. Not sure about you, but i certainly just wanna hit the sack after my 24hour shift. There are other medical causes like medication, diabetes, hormonal dysfunction, etc., which usually happens in the older age group. Some illicit drugs actually causes sexual dysfunction also. Personally I would wait and see if things change, don't jump to any conclusions, and give your new husband a chance to recover Hope this helps

Then it came back. I cut at and picked at it and one day it just rolled out like a little spongy thing. I have since seen a doc as it has returned and was advised these damned things are a virus. I have been advised to try a patch of 10% salycilic acid. Not to kill it apparently but to hopefully cause an immune reaction.
