as usual nice updates Lupo , u keep amazing me once after another with that HQ stuff which would be great if u considered uploading it 2 another site ,coz that RS ticket is becoming a REAL pain in the ass !

Well an awful lot of us have RS accounts and it's fairly decent download speed as long as you avoid the peak times. A one month subscription doesn't really cost that much.

Please stop whining and PAY for the RS service if you really appreciate Lupo's contributions. I mean, if it's becoming a pain in the ass, why bother to download? Or why not pay and get rid of the tickets? Like Samy said, there are many people here who have RS subscriptions, and a 1 month subscription is cheap.

BTW: I ALWAYS get 2 MB/sec (Megabyte, not Megabit) download rates, which is the maximum possible via my broadband connection. I achieve these rates by using a download accelerator and by downloading several files at once. One of the nice things about RS is that if you pay for subscription, you're also allowed to use download accelerators. I'd recommend DAP. It works very well with RS.

I do know what you mean spazmo but i have bad experiences uploading to other hosts, so i will stick to RS and i do agree that paying for an account at RS is a very good deal. I never had any regrets doing that myself ( the best thing i ever paid for on the net actually ).

well its an obvious fact that a lot of us dosent have any RS account for various reasons , u might like there service for the reason of money as u said , but some 'll not like there service for more than a reason & money might be included !

dear lupo , the RS is really the most Unsafely place for hosting files , thats my view point as an uploader , but as a leecher it dose have other problems with traffic due to High latency for some areas , like mine in Middle East for example .. second there is no guarantee for there services , that kills the whole idea !
belive me its fine with me to download with 30 or 40 kbs from the RS while i can download by 250 kb from anyother place , my only problem here is the waiting ticket ..

but what can i say , afterall its up to u , u r uploads deserve the waiting

I know what you are saying spazmo. There are quite a lot of people who has problems with RS but after uploading to MU, SU and other places, i find that RS still provides the best service for me ( i'm downloading with 720 kbs from RS myself ). Usually, there are also download tickets in most other places by now and those who don't have download tickets are very slow to upload to ( for me ) and not very stable either imo.
