Let's imagine you have a very close friend and you talk to him/her about your rape fantasy. Then she says I know exactly what you mean! I will help you!
I know the cure! But you have to become my boyfriend/girlfriend and let me guide you. In less than 6 months, you won't fantasize about raping anyone or being raped by anyone.

Would you be worried about losing your favourite fantasy or would you be intrigued/aroused by this mysterious 'treatment' your friend is talking about?

What would you do ?

NO way, Would never let it go, I am kind of fond of these terrible dark little fantasies of mine, they are part of me. Normally i am a kind, upstandng young man with a bright future..Putting on these rags helps me escape, lets me expose that dark part of my psyche , the dark part everyone has but few let out. I think these fantasies are healthy.

So to answer yoru question if my lady friend offered to "help me out" i would probably say "YEAH GREAT THANKS... but first... let me make you a drink...."
