In my opinion humiliation doesn't come from the position but from the act. As such being on top would humiliate me the most as he would exert less force and you would be essentially assisting in your own rape. This is more of a blackmail scenario though, I can't see that a rapist would give the girl that much leverage. But the fact that I have it and can do nothing with it would be humiliating for me sure.

I would deffinitely say that eye contact makes everything more intense (windows to the soul and all), verbal abuse can be very humiliating on it's own so eye contact would intensify that, especially if the girl had to repeat your insults while looking you in the eyes. I'll stick with missionary being the most humiliating
