Fair enough...I guess it is just something that I have had issues with in the past. Some people have held the opinions that once becoming a moderator a member loses the right to hold their own opinions on issue.

I can see what you are saying but to think that you would be banned for holding a different opinion is a bit troubling.

i was gonna stay out of this as i posted my thoughts and feelings about the stuff i wanted to already .

IMO both sides have said some things that could be hurtful to members in here . not any single one poster ...

i think it was right to split the thread off (it was a "great pic" thread honoring a member) and also to point out some hurtful things had been said . again on both sides of this .

again just my opinion here .... i haven't seen anybody banned for stating an opinion . maybe for how they stated it or not being willing to drop things (taking it to far) . during my time here i've heard a few members voice that "they'll be banned now" and it always comes across as wrong to me . it did the other day when i77up did it and i'm sorry TD1 but it does here also .

Can't see why moderators shouldn't get involved in arguments and debates like everyone else, so long as no rules are broken. It would be worrying though if I felt I couldn't disagree with one for worry of gettting banned, but so far on this site for me that hasn't been a concern.

Trill's original thread went way off topic and had I taken stock of the situation sooner I would have spun off the argument sooner but I had no idea pages of posts completely off topic had been written. I would have spun off that and said my piece sooner but I haven't been reading much on RB the last few days as my attention has been pulled in many directions and the RB Awards has been my main focus on RB.
I certainly did defend perfectlyformed as she is my friend and a great member. I also stated I did not understand why people felt the need to start a debate about the authenticity of her or anyone's pics, especially in Trill's thread. More than one person's feelings were heart and these persons are great members and I hope they'll keep posting and enjoying RB so we can enjoy them!
Now how about we turn our attention to the RB Awards and having fun! Because RB is all about having fun...

In all honesty, I really dont care if that girl in the pic is her or not. I'm sure people care, but why? The only point I make is that she is no supermodel. Far from it. She is just a normal looking girl. A little cute, sure. But to make a thread to gush over her pic is a little absurd. There are some male members here who I have seen their pics and think they are pretty good looking, but they know that they are not Brad Pitt...so understand that, so for me to make a thread saying "OH MY GOD, SO AND SO IS SO HOT" is a little pointless. If you are going to make a thread to worship a member, they better be worship-able. So sorry to be the negative nancy (

it's not that PF looks like a supermodel (heck, even i don't look quite like a supermodel..and we all know i'm a stunner

)...it's just that regular female members are pretty rare on here...and those who share their sexy pix even more rare. so i think it's more the combination of her looks + her fantasies + her personality, etc that make her more attractive here than some supermodel who probably doesn't have rape fantasies..or at least won't be sharing them with these guys.

I don't agree with this one, DO.. Does not everyone have an entitlment to their own opinion, no matter what their role on this site? I don't think there's an imposition of power with his posts in the slightest.. I thought SD's words were opinionated, yes, but gentle. Completely acceptable.
