Amazingly there is a purpose for having a specific thread for requests. To allow posters to look at possible ideas of what videos to share next without having to scour the board looking for individual threads which are essentially SPAM. While I can't speak for others I must say I am becoming rather tired of the growing number of request threads being created in the main section of the board. My gut reaction is to simply ignore the request altogether even if I would have the video to share as the person making the request can't be bothered to follow a few simple rules of a forum. Such posts do nothing but add clutter and make finding actually movie threads more inconvenient.

Worse still is to make your first post on the forum a request rather than a more substantive contribution. Add in the posting without regard to the accepted rules of the board and I can't see why this request should be given any consideration by anyone. Do the right thing, read the rules and post requests where they belong and then maybe someone will help you with want you're searching for.
