I found this earlier today when I was trying to resurrect my account from the ashes that remained
 and I thought it would help alot of people with Avatar issues. It is an online picture sizer that allows you to very quickly resize your picture to fit the board's requirements. Bonus is its free...Thought some of you might like it. http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ B.
