That is the plot of a countless number of chikan hentai games and movies, along with a few Japanese movies. Of course they normally try to rape the woman in secret.

But that does remind of two movies I shared before where instead of a bus there was a rape taxi where a guy would get into the taxi and would rape the woman on board. Once he was done with her he would kick her out of the car, usually naked. It's a really good movie, you should watch it.
