here's the start of a first draft:

Victor waited silently for the right girl to walk by. His perfect lady wasn't a certain size, or had a certain hair color. They had to have panty hose on. Then, he saw her. She was a leggy brunette, and wasn't fat, but not skinny, either. The girl had pale white skin, and dark black panty hose. She was also wearing a short green dress and black pumps. My dick hardened, so I was quick on her heels.

Even though I followed my prey for several blocks, she never noticed me. Then, she slipped off into a dark alley. I knew that alley very well, so I was right behind her. Before she could notice me, my hand was clamped around her mouth, and I pushed her up against a dumpster.

"Freedom isn't free. Take your shoes off."

"No. . ." I gave her a warning poke with my blade, so she reluctantly obeyed. "Why?"

"I do not!" She wept as my fingers traced her outer thigh, linking the waste band, then I pulled the nylon stockings down low enough to where she could kick them off. I picked the black pantyhose up, and pressed my lips to her ear.
