Each Video is about 600MB! and I have a very small upstram. So it takes years to upload them

Does anybody know how to re-encode the vids to a smaller size?

I believe the most efficient format is h264 (Apple Quicktime), you can use SUPER (free) to convert to this format. You might also want to use Virtualdub to edit out the boring bits.
