Don't consider a member posting a link to a site to show the sort of movies he/she is after would be in the same league as spam.

Well he just registered and his first two posts were linking to that site, I've seen those types of TGP links posted in the same kind of type of post on hundreds of adult forums.

"where can I find movies like these" usually followed by a TGP link or paysite with an affiliate code after the link. No harm no foul!

Noted, thought most spammers don't go onto post further to say they are not spammers and his first two posts where in the movies section and movie request section rather than the general room where we find spam normally, particually if they are a bot and not a person.
