I have not had time to deal with the image grabber yet so please forgive me.

Try Image Grabber.
1/Download image grabber.
2/Click on image grabber icon.
3/This opens a new page, click on image grabber icon again.
4/This opens file box, click on file-open file.
5/ Click on your movie from your destination folder.
6/ The movie will show. Click how many frames you want to show, 10 is a good number.
7/ Click on save file when selection has finished and your done.
8/ you will need to play around with the frame sizes to achieve a good viewing size.
9/ Good Luck!!!!!
