The key word here is "purposely". I have in the past put myself in situations where rape could occur, but not purposely. Stupidly and without thinking.

A woman (or man) who purposely sets out to be raped outside of an RP situation has no idea what a real rape is all about. It's not fun, it's not sexy and it definitely doesn't live up to the fantasy.
