That's exactly one of some possible options I advised a member once to introduce the love for such fantasies to the partner and I still think it's a good way to approach the subject (for both sexes that is).

However as I understand it is related to women to men and maybe men to women I will state that I try to be conscious of my heavy breathing when I'm watching a rape or other sexy scene with a woman. I want her to believe that she is the source of my arousal and not the movie.
