Geez... upon further investigation, I see that it is a sytematic purging of those questions throughout the thread.

It's nice to know that Big Brother is alive and well, 2+ decades after 1984.

Yes, those questions ask people about real experiences, which is not what this board is about. However:

1) Many people on the Board do have real experiences, and find it helpful (and even enjoyable in some cases) to talk about them.

2) The survey acknowledges that people may not tell the whole truth in their responses when it asks how survey respondents have been.

3) In my few months on the Board I have seen the moderators being fair and being open about what they deem inappropriate on the Board. I have never seen any moderators here simply editing, censoring, or deleting posts without any explanation. If this is being done by moderators, I would request an explanation. If this is NOT being done by moderators, than the Board is simply suffering as a result of someone's vigilante censorship.

4) Note the number of views and posts on this thread, one of the more dynamic threads on the General Discussion section of the Board since I've been a member... with few, if any complaints, about the nature of the survey questions.

5) The survey was intended to be both fun and educational. As observant members and readers may have noticed, the majority of people seem to think that THEIR versions of rape fantasies are the only reasonable ones. I don't quibble with people's fantasies -- to each his/her own -- but especially for those of us who enjoy offline rape play, or ravishment play if you prefer, we understand the importance of clear communication and understanding about just what kind of scene our play partners are and are not interested in.

Lastly, this survey was written before I ever knew of RB, and when posted I expected the responses to be private rather than public. The fact that so many have responded publicly on the Board is testimony to how comfortable people are being honest with each other about their thoughts and fantasies here... truly one of the best things about this virtual community we have here.

So please, if moderators are taking action on this thread's contents, please enlighten us. If not moderators, than someone is out to make a mess of our playhouse.
