It will always depend on the 'victim'. Some like to fight back and demean their tormentor with insults, as their only recourse, (given they are hopefully well bound after a short fight, or by the time they are revived).

Others, will simply wimper or cry through the ordeal.

Eitherway works for me. In this situation, it is about me, not them. Vanilla sex is about the other person, (for me anyway)

It's not a skill I get to employ much anymore, but in my younger days, I was always an inveterate trash talker during sex. I could always get my boyfriend to slam it just a little bit harder if I laughed in his face, or called him a loser. But it was always in good fun.
