I think this kind of rape has two good parts. The first in using a syringe is that its cold and clinical.

The second is that if she is unaware of the injection then she doesn't know that she has been violated until she finds out that she's pregnant. so for a few months she's carrying around her rapist's child and when she discovers this it must be devastating.
