ok, I like to flirt, I will flirt with almost anyone...male, female..married..single..it doesnt matter. Ive been learning how to cross my flirting over to teasing, but dont want to cross that line of coming off as a slut. I guess I like that feeling of flirting with a man who knows im way out of his league, (no offense to you older men, but you get what I mean) I enjoy knowing im desired, and what better way of becoming desired than to tease the hell out of a guy and not even give him a taste

What is the line between teasing, and just coming across as a slut? What is it about a girls flirting and teasing that makes you want to just take her right there? or..what makes you think " blah, shes a slut, who wants what everyone else has had"?

What makes a girl appealing, in which way, and to various guys is subject to all sorts of variables. So a list, of sorts, for "flirt" vs "tease" would be meaningless. I suggest that the flirt's goal is to initiate an interest in a friendship, romance, or relationship of some kind. And the tease's agenda is primarily to arouse sexual interest. So you're touching with your hands, and using your eyes, head, the fall of your hair, your body angle more, you're flirting. Showing your cleavage, thighs, body proximity, and brushing upon/close to somebody, you're teasing.

Or how about this? If you're sitting close to the object of your desires, and you cross your legs, but turn towards him and lean forward, you're flirting. If you open your legs, turn towards him, and lean back, you're teasing.

As Prey pointed out, it's different for everyone. And a very thin line. If you're worried about names/labels I'd advise against any teasing. I've heard slut and worse applied to even minimal teases who have no intention of following through (frustrated guys rarely have much empathy).

On the other hand, why worry about names, or the type of people who apply them? Go have fun (but be careful). And I'll continue to enjoy the teases out there for whatever free peeks and fantasies you're giving me

I must admit that from time to time I engage in both practices.
And no, I do not feel like I am a slut.

Flirting is liberating. Women do not get to do that in the real world. Otherwise you'd invite trouble and unwanted advances. Repercussion free (almost) expression is liberating. Yay!

As someone else (Shade) has already touched on, I think that teasing is much more likely to build resentment than desire in a lot of men, especially if they know that they're being teased. Nothing is more annoying than knowing that a girl is flirting/teasing just for attention (well, in your case, it's not purely attention, but rather "a thrill"). Then again, a lot of guys are either naive or conceited enough to think they have a chance.

But that's not really what you asked. I would worry about becoming known as a tease more quickly than becoming known as a slut. Well, if you're teasing in a manner where you're showing a ton of skin or something, then you might become known as a slut, but if you just tease though mannerisms or innuendo or things of that nature, then you'll probably become known as a tease faster than you become known as a slut.

Either way, the actual line between slut/tease/flirting? Well, unless you're purposely trying to deceive (and you probably are), then it would probably be obvious that you're teasing just to tease. In that case, most intelligent men would assume that you just like attention, but would probably still like your teasing. Let's be honest, even if I know you're teasing, it's still going to stroke my ego, and who doesn't like that? But, if you go to far with teasing and actually get guys to the point of frustration or even worse--expectation--then you're crossing into slut/tease territory in my opinion.
