I would have thought that for a woman being made to ride on top would be the worst, as if the man is on top you could say a woman is being held down, therefore forced. If she had to get on top there appears to be more acceptance or consent..? After could she could jump off....also where does she put her hands and she has to support her own bodyweight.

Standing would also be bad as unless she supports her upper body by putting her arms atound her rapists neck (I imagine very humiliating) her back will arch painfully to the ground?

There's a physical element, too, though. When the victim is on top, there is something inherently powerful and masculine about that position. I've had this fantasy before, but only in the context that there's a group of men, and all the others are standing around me, preventing escape. and maintaining the visual aspect that I am inferior to the dominating group.
