What's a bluey? - Rape Board

I was asked today what is a bluey?

Well, amongst other things, a bluey is a £5 note. It is called this because a £5 note is blue. At least, it is in England and Wales. I don't know what colour it is in Scotland, because I've never seen a Scotsman open his wallet, let alone pull any thing out of it!!!!

It's probably worth pointing out at this stage that Scotland prints its own money. This is probably why the Scottish National Party seem to think they can go independent from the rest of the U.K and exist without the jobs created by having a nuclear submarine base, and foreign investment in off-shore and deep-sea oil and gas exploration!

What's there to be jealous of? Scotland is a shit hole. It rains more than nearly any where else on Earth, and the annual average wind speed on the West Coast is the highest on Earth.

Scotland is so piss poor, we had to grant its greatest nobles land in Ireland for fucks sake, in order to inspire loyalty from them! It's known for mass production of mediocre whiskey, and Tennants Super. It's notable figures include Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and Logi Baird. I mean television whilst scientifically a brilliant invention, hasn't exactly enlightened the world!

Every thing is up hill, and shut by 5.30pm, apart from the pubs, but the coppers are so pissed in Scotland that they keep flying helicopters in to pubs. If that isn't going on, it's bin men falling asleep at the wheel and killing Christmas shoppers with their dustcarts.

The only thing Scotland has going for it is, if you really get lucky, you may see the Northern Lights there. Why bother though? You could go to Finland where they have motorsport, or Iceland where they have volcanoes. Any thing for a little entertainment!

Scotland did produce The Devils in Skirts though, probably the greatest comedy moment in history!

And I have to ask why the greatest country in the world, the richest, the most powerful, the most talented since the British Empire, can elect a bumbling idiot, a draft dodger, a man who can't string two sensible words together, a man who sat like a stunned mullet when told of the twin towers tragedy, to the highest office in the land. How can a great nation that gave us the incomparable Gettysburg address and a "day that will live in infamy" speech elect a total fuckwit to be the POTUS. Kennedy and Clinton were at least human, poking as many women as possible but that fucking God botherer Bush was a travesty. I think that it proves that money in the U.S.A. can buy anything. God help us if that arch-Idiot Trump wins.
