I will have a go at a fuller reply later, but would agree that the real question is lubrication. If she is raped dry them she would be sore very quickly, although copious amount of semen would provide quite a lot of lubrication. In theory a normal woman during sex could be fucked by as many men as she wanted. However there are issues here.
Firstly the average mans cock is about 6 inches long, the thickness is not relevent since even the slightest built of females can easily accomodate a thick cock.
