There is a pressure for teenage and especially males in their 20's. It is a shame because I certainly believe that it is an experience that should be best left for your wedding night.

I didn't wait and have no regrets but I also didn't marry my soulmate. Now single again, I would wait for what it is worth for someone special should I remarry.

I lost my virginity 3 years ago, and have been going around freely ever since. I really do regret losing my virginity, i lost it to someone i don't love and because of that I don't think of sex as something that has to be with the "right" woman anymore. Now i'm all fucked up...but disease free!!!!

Don't be so harsh on the virgin-by-choicers. Different people have different reasons for wanting to keep it - it's rarely just a matter of ignorance or fear.

Sure, you shouldn't be harsh on the "virgin-by-choicers", but more often than not these people tend to be cocky and unreasonably proud, having kinda holier-than-thou attitude, which is rather annoying. Much like someone bragging about having nailed 100 chicks.

As far as I'm concerned, do it whenever you want, with whoever you want, as long as you're happy.
