For me the answer is yes and no. In blackmail, it's all about the facial expressions, so some in this scene would have made it twice as good. But this wasn't actually blackmail, just endurance of the most basic kind. For whatever reason, she has to sleep with this ugly guy because she is told to.

When I first read about this scene a few years ago, then saw the movie, I thought it was a major let down. Why the fuck isn't she moving? Nowadays I appreciate the psychological aspect of rape a lot more. I like this scene for two reasons. She can't bare to look at him as he kisses her breasts and fucks her, she stares away at the same place the entire time.

Secondly, she doesn't give him the satisfaction of participating in any way. Of course, lots of struggling, beatings and bruises would make a rapist feel guilty and drive home how criminal and wrong rape is more than anything. But this is a different way. It is like she is giving him the opportunity to do the right thing and leave, by demonstrating how resentful she is of this.

Yes, the actress in this clip is doing fuck all, she deserves no credit. I'm talking about putting it into practise in a roleplay. She may be doing nothing, but I think she is trying very hard mentally, which is something. Humiliation.
