I think i recall a few years ago there was a serial rapist with aids, when they caught him they tried him not only for sexual assault but for pre-meditated murder or something. Of course all real rapists are scum but, a guy who would do it and knowingly pass on an STD, especially a life threatening one, well there is a special level of hell reserved just for them...
