As you can all see it's not the same file (look at the numbers).
Not that I like to see same files being reposted over and over again, but even if wilmpie downloaded the video from zodiac he didn't post zodiac's link. He might uploaded his own copy of the file and posted. Many people did that in the past and it was ok. Did the rules changed?
