I wouldn't think most guys would think about the idea of knocking up the victim either. Alot of guys don't want kids in there non rape life so I imagine it wouldn't cross their minds in the violent side of their fantasies either. Hell yeah, the humiliation-factor is great, yet... that very very strong urge is all so very much more biological than social for me. Being a thinking animal, I KNOW that biological urge has social implications...BUT IT IS NOT TO BE MISUNDERSTOOD. One of my more offbeat fantasies was about "the good woman", who works in a pharmacy.
