Let's imagine you are starting to act lact you will rape that girl, but something's different from the other times. You see a strange reflection in her eyes that makes you wonder :

Do you think it is possible to see in a woman eyes if she's been raped before ?
Can her eyes cast the expression of someone who's been there before ans knows how the pain & humiliation feels like ?

Even if you think she's got not weapon and is harmless, could her extra knowledge on what's going on turn you off ?

Guess I'd prefer it be the first time for her. That way she'd not know what to expect. Not like she would anyway, but it seems a lot hotter to me that way. I'd think that she'd be fighting harder to get away. If it was the second time she might just be more open to accepting that. Yeah, the first time would be the best.

I'd prefer it was her first time, if she'd been raped multiple times before then she could develop a defence to it, you know by just blanking her mind and blocking out the ordeal. If it was like her second time being raped then that could be interesting, like she would know how bad it is and would be a sobbing wreck because she already knows what's coming.

Yeah first time would be best for me though, I'm all about girls reactions so the reactions would be better the first time.

Gotta agree with conrad for almost the exact same reasons, shattered innocence is a big part of my fantasies. But i do find it hot for the girl to have the 'blank face' as a defense mechanism, but the whole time actually be thinking 'god, why me? why again?'
