There are lots of white vans around, they are very common. The first time seemed suspicious and he caught your attention. The second time was probably someone else.

cuz i don't drive i took the bus to target as walk home it about mile mile in a haif as walk home i knoiw some was wrong so i took my makeup case out prtand to put some on as look behind me i saw the same white van evey time move up a little he would to so i call my husband who i said before he a cop. i did not get licence plate. but i got get to look he about 19 to 20 white skinny and i know it ford but now i know for sure i was be floow tina

If you have a cell phone that can take pictures then use it to take his picture if you can get a clear shot or maybe a picture of the license plate. He could be dangerous. Take care and be safe.
