It use to be a man could whip his wife with a cane of a certain width with no repercussions from the law. I think that's too much to get away with and can easily lead to abuse. I think men should have their right to cane wives, girlfriends, female relatives, protected by law. Of course, this needs to be clearly defined so as to prevent abuse. Judicial canings in public should certainly be encouraged too. Spanking, whilst possibly humiliating, is not severe enough to ensure a female behaves herself.

I think we should also include people of authority when it comes to spanking women. The police, judges, bosses etc ... should have the same authority as a husband to give a woman a good hard bare bottom spanking. The police could lessen the amount of arrests by giving a good humiliating public spanking instead of arresting a woman for speeding, cutting someone off in traffic or going through a stop light. No Carrie, that is wrong, because it enables the authorities to chastise other mens property. There is too much intrusion of government in to our everyday lives as it is. I would allow that the law should require men to chastise their women for minor offences, but public servants should not be able to interfere directly in this way. I would make big trouble for any man that tried. Females should be private property, not public property.

FR I don't like the idea of being "owned" however having the law geared toward women being subordinate to men is kind of hot. In other words if it's a law then women should really know better right?
