Vampires are usually considered an "erotic" monster. I think it would be dramatically more intense if, rather than a bit, if the vampire drained his victim via penetration.

If it required more than just thrusting in to activate that would make it so much the better. If he had to thrust and thrust until he would experience a climax, though instead of pumping out he starts drawing in.

One could picture 2 or 3 vampires choosing to feed from a victim at the same time.

This would also make for a way for female vampires to feed by riding and then drawing in sustenance from victims.

Maybe the remake should be "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Rape"

Can't tell you how many B-movies I waited patiently for those scenes where the heroine was chased through the castle or across the moors by some ghoul or villain--just wishing that he would catch her, grab her, throw her on the ground, push up her gown and underskirts and rape her mercilessly!

I have never been able to understand why the guy or guys never use the women for sexual pleasure. Horror movies from the 50's to modern day slasher movies, always the same thing, kill the victim instead of taking her.

When Spike raped Buffy in Season 6 of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"...we don't rape itself but we see the before and after shots, including torn dress.

Many good horror movies throw a rape scene in sometimes - classic examples include Evil Dead (a tree!) and The Entity (a poltergeist!).

But Hostel was a different story - a lot of lost opportunity there...

If you don't know it, it's about a sinister group who kidnaps and auctions good-looking backpackers to psychos, allowing them to be tortured to death in all sorts of horrible ways. My refinement would, of course, be to substitute (most) of the grisly murder for rape. For the right price, specifically chosen victims could be made available in any manner the successfull bidder chose. An island (as opposed to dungeon, like in the movies) would be ideal - like Fantasy Island, done right!

The scene where the girl dressed in a typical early 80's white dress with buttoned bodice and pleated skirt in a very sheer fabric with a lace trimmed white fullslip visible underneath is attacked by the "slasher".
Missed opportunity to tear that sheer dress off and demolish her lace trimmed slip and the rest of her underwear and rape her.

There were many campy films that could have benefited from a rape scene, and many of those had implied sex or rape. I am reminded of the various films from "Hammer House of Horrors"and similar types. Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing regularly menaced and threatened young girls while playing Dracula or an evil doctor / maniac. All those bedroom scenes with beauties in push up bras and low cut tops. Most ended with a scream, and a cut away to the moon. (sigh).
