What waiting time, 25 seconds? For free users RS has an 80 second wait plus 15 minutes between downloads. If I put one of these vids up on RS as a 7*100MB RAR it would take two hours to download.
Nothing stopping you putting some vids up on RS.

FYI no waiting time to download from rs now . i don't think there is any waiting time between downloads now either , but not positive on that .

RS has restored the download limit for free users, I`ve just downloaded a couple of files and the facts in my post are correct. I`m trying to understand what point the guy is trying to make, if it`s valid I`ll take it on board.

if you mean me ... i stated the facts as i knew them . i have a rs account , so i don't download as a free user very often . last time i did it was what i stated . if it's changed , it has .

if you meant tigerxxx ... like i said you're the one uploading , do it the way you want . the rest of us can deal with it . waiting 45 seconds (or even longer) to get free stuff isn't a big deal IMHO .
