"Wanting" it and "enjoying" it are not necessarily the same thing.

Sounds very close.

I want to be hurt enough that there is physical evidence eg. bruises, superficial cuts, broken wrist from struggling etc, but not so much that I'm hospitalized. I don't want any control, physical or psychological. I want to be able to justify getting help while having the physical damage to show internal my pain.
